McCormick Woods

TCG has been involved with the McCormick Woods Master Plan Development as an owner’s representative since 2015 when the current ownership purchased the development. Since that time the TCG team has worked through the development and construction of over 500 lots, completed major public infrastructure projects that include 1MM gallon water reservoir and major sewer lift station upgrade, successfully worked through a moratorium, and updated all major entitlements (including extensions to multiple development and traffic agreements). TCG will manage the McCormick master plan for the next 5-10 years. Yearly responsibilities will entail $20MM plus in construction management and gross revenues, engineering management for 100-200 lots across multiple plats, recordation of 100 plus lots, and continued public infrastructure design and build out to support the master plan.
